We sell downloadable digital study materials (PDF). When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own study.

3. Permitted use

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share download links, or use the materials to train AI systems or create competing products. Instructors who want group licenses should contact us.

4. Educational purpose only, no guarantee

The materials are for exam preparation and general education only. They are not medical advice and do not replace clinical judgment, institutional policy, current clinical guidelines, or official exam-owner materials. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

5. No affiliation

We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN, BCEN, AACN, the Florida Board of Nursing, or any licensing or certification body. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Accuracy

We work to keep content accurate and current, but exam blueprints, fees, and clinical guidelines change. Information is provided "as is." Please report suspected errors to us.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the materials is limited to the amount you paid for them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version.
